- Add tomatoes, sauté this till they are soft and pulpy.Add coriander, cumin, pav bhaji powder, fenugreek leaves and mix well..
- Add tomato puree and mix again. Now add mushroom and cook again for 5-7 mins..
- Add salt and sugar, saute again. Lastly add cream and coriander, mix well. Transfer mixture to bowl..
