  1. For dough 1. In a mixing bowl, add flour, cornflour, baking soda, butter and mix well. 2. Add water and knead it into soft smooth dough. 3. Rest the dough for 30 mins. 4. Take a medium size ball from dough and flatten them with rolling pin to make roti. 5. Heat the tawa. Cook the roti till it turns golden brown and flip it to the other side. 6. Cook from both sides and keep aside..
  2. For stuffing : Heat oil in pan, add ginger and garlic, sauté till it turns golden brown in colour..
  3. Add onion and fry till translucent. Add tomatoes, sauté this till they are soft and pulpy..
  4. Add coriander, cumin, pav bhaji powder, fenugreek leaves and mix well..
  5. Add tomato puree and mix again..
  6. Now add mushroom and cook again for 5-7 mins. Add salt and sugar, saute again..
  7. Lastly add cream and coriander, mix well. Transfer mixture to bowl..
  8. For assembly 1. Take prepared roti and fill it with mushroom stuffing. 2. Roll it tightly and wrap it with aluminum foil. 3. Serve..
